This project included asbestos abatement high risk asbestos-containing vermiculite from the mechanical room boiler walls, drywall and drywall mud compound from multiple rooms, vinyl floor tile from several areas, transit pipe, and pipe fittings. The basement was flooded and had several feet of melting ice impacting access to the basement crawl space. Specific safety measures were put in place to maintain a safe environment for staff.
